Yes, only one 12 oz bag is included with the grooming service. An additional bag may be purchased upon request at $15.49.

Yes, but it must be requested ahead of time when scheduling your service.

Due to the size, difficulty, and also different types and thickness of coats, any grooming services for dogs or cats that exceed an hour, will have an additional charge of $20 per 15 min increment over an hour. 

Currently we only accept credit cards for the services provided. However cash tips are welcomed and appreciated. 

You will be charged a late cancelation if not within a 24 hr notice or a no show fee if necessary of $50.

Owner or guardian must disclose if the pet has had any previous behavior issues including but not limited to biting, showing teeth, growling, aggression toward people, animals and or any grooming procedure. Failure to disclose harmful behaviors will result in a $200 fee and the owner will be liable for any and all medical bills related to the injury and loss of income from said pet. Muzzles may be used to aid in the grooming of pets with mild behavior if the breed allows and only if the pet has a positive response while the muzzle is on the pet. Muzzles are safe for the pet and groomer and are an effective aid with most breeds and with pets that have a positive response to them.

Yes, must be up to date on shots, this also applies to cats.

We offer a 10% discount for all seniors 65+. Not valid along with any other additional discounts. 

With mobile grooming your pet gets the groomers one on one attention in a more convenient and efficient way, while also tailoring more to your pets specific needs. 

Yes we do offer services after 5pm Monday-Wednesday and can be booked online.

All groomers are required to use their hands to work, and the risk of a serious injury possibly caused by a cat is a huge factor in pricing, along with the convenience of being mobile.
